Danang Driving Tour designed a special tour of Central Vietnam in 3 days staring from the Da Nang city that offers you the opportunity to see as much of the Hue Imperial City and Hoi An ancient town as possible. This tour highlights the most exciting such as the Hai Van pass, the beautiful Lang Co beach, the Lap An lagoon, the Minh Mang tomb, the Khai Dinh tomb, the Thien Mu pagoda, th Hue imperial city, the My Son sanctuary and the Hoi An ancient town.

DAY 1: DA NANG TO HUE CITY AND RETURN

In the morning, our Local English Speaking Guide and Proffesional Driver will pick you up at your hotel in Da Nang at 9:00 am then depart to Hue city. On the way, you have chance to see the Hai Van pass, Lang Co beach and Lap An lagoon.

When we arrived Hue, we continue visit some famous highlights as such as:

Take the private boat trip enjoy a relaxing 45 minutes cruise on the enchanting Perfume River. Disembark for a brief visit to the seven-story Thien Mu Pagoda – a religious site in Hue city that lures tourists by its beautiful and ancient architectural structures of worship.

Continue to see two of the most impressive Royal Tombs – Minh Mang Tomb and Khai Dinh Tomb – the final resting place of the Nguyen Emperors. As you follow your guide around the beautiful complexes set amid temples, courtyards and pavilions, admire the ornate tombs built above ground to honor the emperors of the Nguyen Dynasty.

In the afternoon, after a delicious lunch at a local restaurant in Hue City with Hue traditional food. Your private guide will take you on a 1 to 2 hours tour of Hue Citadel, a UNESCO World Heritage Site containing the former Imperial Palace. Modeled on the Forbidden City in Beijing, Hue Citadel consists of a royal palace, tombs, hallways and ornate temples that showcase the former capital city’s regal past. Walk around the complex, located inside highstone walls, with your guide and learn about Hue’s Nguyen Emperors who ruled the former capital of Vietnam until the early 20th century. Bombed by both French and American forces, and heavily damaged during the 1968 Tet Offensive, much of the Imperial City lies in ruins and is slowly being restored to its former glory.

Your private tour of Hue city ends with private transport back to your hotel in Da Nang city around 18:00 pm.

DAY 2: DA NANG TO MY SON SANCTUARY TO HOI AN.

In the morning, we will pick you up at your hotel in Hoi An and depart to My Son holly land for you sightseeing.

My Son is a Hindu sanctuary of the kingdom of Champa. Each king, after ascending the throne, went here to hold holy mass bleaching ceremony, offer gifts and build temples. It is an only address of the Cham art which had a process of continuous development from the 7th century to 13th century. In the 7th century, king Subhuvarman built temples by sustainable materials, which still exist today. The successive kings then repaired the old temples and built new ones to dedicate them to goods.

We go straight to Hoi An when you finished the My Son sanctuary and stop for you get lunch. After a delicious lunch at a local restaurant in Hoi An ancient town with local food.

We continue discover Hoi An Ancien Town for a walking tour around this enchanting port town. Follow the narrow lanes lined with centuries-old houses influenced by Chinese, Japanese, French and European architectures and visit its numerous places of interest: the 400-year old Japanese Covered Bridge, the Phuc Kien Assembly Halls, the local fish market. Around the town we can see a numerous art galleries and tailor shops, get some made-to-order clothes if you are interested.

Drop off at hotel in Da Nang when you finished.

DAY 3: DA NANG TO GOLDEN BRIDGE BA NA HILL.

Pick up at your hotel in Da Nang, we will transfer to Bana Hill. The place is home to plenty of attractions waiting to be explored little by little.

Then taking the cable car station and looking upon the endless tree lone of the forest, you arrive at Bana Hill. Visit French Villas where provides the chance to capture the most stunning photos. The old-fashion architecture combines with beautiful scenery and mild weather making an interesting start of this trip.

Then, head to Linh Ung Pagoda well-known for being home to the 27-meter high Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva statue. The statue is made of perfect white stone representing for the meeting place of heaven and earth. Witness how local people coming here to practice their religion.

Afterward, conquer the Peak of Chua Mountain at the height of 1,487 meters. Enjoy the panorama view of Da Nang from the top of Ba Na Hills with blue sea far away and greenery sight combining.

Finally, admire the giant-sized sparkling Golden Bridge – the new iconic architectural wonder of Da Nang city. The two huge stone hand raises the bridge creating a magnificent sight to be seen. Serving as the connection between French Village and La Jardin D’Amour Gardens, the golden color is highlighted in the blue-green background of sky and mountains surrounding.

After lunch, we will transfer back to your hotel in Da Nang. Trip ends.
